QPCU's InControl Access Account gives you the chance to make the most of your money. If you're aged between 13 and 17, you can take advantage of the InControl Access Account features and decide how and when you access your account and how you spend your money.

How do I stay InControl of my money?

You can stay InControl of your money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Internet Banking and MemberLink Phone Banking. With QPCU's Internet Banking you can get an account balance and transfer money between your accounts and other QPCU accounts. You can also make Bpay payments for bills or any compatible online services.

How do I access my money?

You can access your money at thousands of locations using a Cuecard. Your QPCU Cuecard can be used at any ATM around Australia as well as at all shops with EFTPOS facilities.

You can also deposit and withdraw cash from any Australia Post Office with giroPost facilities. This includes depositing cheques which are made out to your name.

Can my pay be deposited into my InControl account?

If you have a part-time job, your employer can deposit your pay directly into your InControl Access Account. Simply provide them with your account details.

What else do I get?

A great benefit of an InControl Access Account is that there are no fees. This means no minimum balance and no transaction fees, and no fees for using non-QPCU ATMs. All transactions using Internet or Phone Banking are also free of charges.
