If you are using Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser, it will display a bar at the top of the screen and on the right end of the bar there will be a button called ‘Options’.

Click the ‘Options’ button and a drop down menu will appear. From this menu you will need to select “Allow Popups from this site.” You may need to re-enter the download options you previously entered. Once you click the ‘Select’ button again a dialogue box will open allowing you to either open the file with a program or, save the file to a location on your personal computer.
