QPCU Phone Banking

QPCU Phone Banking is a personal service provided by QPCU Member Service Officers during business hours, and an automated phone banking service called the MemberLink Hotline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 131 468 and following the menu.

The main features of QPCU Phone Banking are:

  • Account balances.
  • Bpay bill payment service.
  • Check your last 5 transactions.
  • Transfer funds:
    - between your own accounts or
    - to another pre-nominated QPCU member's account (complete the Phone Banking Transfer Authority in this brochure).
  • Order an account statement to be sent to you by mail or fax.
  • Check how much interest you earned at the end of the last financial year.
  • Change your Access Code.
