How do I use Online Redraw?

First of all, you must be eligible for online redraw and have access to QPCU Internet Banking. Once you logon to QPCU Internet Banking, select your Loan Account. You will now have the option to process a Redraw through one of four options.

Transfer, Credit External, Cheque or BPAY. To transfer money to your On Call Savings Account simply click the Transfer button, then follow the on screen prompts.

Who is eligible to use Online Redraw?

Most members with QPCU Loans who previously had access to Paper Redraw should have access to Online Redraw. However, if you have a guarantor on your loan, all borrowers and the guarantor must complete the 'Online Redraw Authority' before it will be available. Click here to download the form.

I have a guarantor on my loan. Can I use Online Redraw?

If you have a guarantor on your QPCU Loan, Online Redraw is available but you must obtain the permission of your guarantor. All borrowers and the guarantor must complete the 'Online Redraw Authority'. Click here to download the form.

When I try to redraw money, why does it ask for another password?

Joint loans require a membership number and password for every loan signatory to authorise the transfer. You can give a single signatory authority to redraw by completing the 'Online Redraw Authority' which must be signed by all borrowers and any guarantors. Click here to download the form.

I think I am eligible for Online Redraw but it isn't working. Why not?

First of all, give us a call on 131 468 to ensure you are eligible. Once we confirm you can use Online Redraw, we will update your account settings to make it available, or let you know what you need to do before it is available to you. Please call us if you have any questions.

What is the maximum amount I can redraw daily?

$20,000
