Downloading Transactions: Internet Explorer

If you are using internet Explorer as your internet browser, it will display a yellow bar at the top of the browser, right click the bar and select ‘Always allow popups from this site.’ After allowing popups you may need to re-enter the download options you previously provided then click on the select button at the bottom of the page. After clicking on the select button, a small window will open with a yellow bar. Right click on the yellow bar and choose from the drop down menu, ‘Download File’. This will then ask you to select a location to store the file.

If you have any other problems with downloading your transactions using Internet explorer version 6 or 7, try adjusting your browser settings. This can be done by clicking on the ‘Tools’ option on the menu, then selecting ‘Internet Options’ as shown below:


Once the ‘Internet Options’ window opens you will then need to select the ‘Security’ tab, select ‘Local Intranet’ option, then select the ‘Sites’ button as shown below.


Once the sites dialog box opens click the advanced button as below:


When the advanced dialog box opens type the website address (www.qpcu.org.au) into the ‘Add this website to the zone:’ box and click the add button. This will then display the site address in the ‘Websites:’ box, as shown in the diagram below:


Once you have added the website you can click the close button. For the ‘Sites’ dialog box click ‘Ok’ and for the ‘Internet Options’ dialog click the ‘Ok’ button. You will then notice that at the bottom right of your screen the web browser will display:
