At the bottom of this page there will be a button called ‘Download’ that will allow you to download the transaction history of that account. Click the download button and it will open a page from which you can select your download options.

When downloading your transaction history you are able to select the format or document type that you would like the data to be stored as. The four options provided are:

  • CSV : Comma Separated Values – Can be opened using Microsoft Excel (Default)
  • OFX : Open Financial Exchange – Microsoft Money File
  • OFC : MS Money Format
  • QIF : Quicken Format

After you select the format that you require, you then need to input the dates from which you want the transaction history to begin and end. Click on the input box for the dates and it will provide a graphical calendar for you to select your dates from. Both the beginning and end date are required for downloading your transactions. You are then required to input your QPCU Internet Banking password for verification of the download.

Once you have made you selection of the download options, you will need to click the ‘Select’ Button at the bottom of the page to continue with the download of your account history, or you can click cancel to stop the download.

If you have clicked the ‘Select’ Button and not completed the download options correctly, the site will inform you of any mistakes or problems with the options you have selected.

For example:
If you have not input both the beginning and end dates for the transaction history, you will be prompted to input both of these dates. If you do not input the correct password then you will be given an error message to say that the password entered for the membership number is incorrect. If there are no transactions available for the account selected then you will be informed that there are no transactions to be downloaded.

After clicking on the select button and having no problems with the download options, your internet browser may need you to allow popups.
