How do I register for QPCU Internet Banking?

On the Queensland Police Credit Union membership application form there's an option to join our online banking facility on sign-up, so if you're a current member you might already be registered. If you're not certain whether you are registered please contact our Member Services Centre on 13 77 28.

To register for QPCU Internet Banking, download the QPCU Internet Banking & QPCU Phone Banking application and send or fax your application back to us, or call us on 13 77 28 to have a password issued over the phone.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password please contact our Member Services Centre on 13 77 28 and we'll provide you with a new password.

What accounts work with internet banking?

All authorised QPCU accounts can be viewed on internet banking.

Do I need any specific software or hardware?

No. If you have a current version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome internet banking should work for you. If you are using another type of browser you may want to consider changing to one of the browsers listed above or call us on 13 77 28 for assistance.

Does QPCU Internet Banking run on a MAC?

Yes, if you are using Safari or an iPhone you will need to read the Safari set up page or iPhone set-up page.

How much does QPCU Internet Banking cost?

QPCU Internet Banking is a free service and does not cost anything to apply for or access. Normal transaction fees apply to QPCU Internet Banking. 

Can I order statements?

You can view and print statements via online banking, however it's not possible to order statements online. To order a statement please call us on 13 77 28.
