With a QPCU transaction account accessing your money is easy. You can choose from a CueCard or a Visa Debit card to make purchases and withdraw funds - the choice is yours*.
CueCard
The CueCard provides instant access to your money through ATMs and EFTPOS throughout Australia and overseas.
Benefits include:
- EFTPOS access to your money
- can be used at most ATMs in Australia
- access to the Maestro and Cirrus ATMs overseas
- no monthly fees.
Visa Debit card
With a Visa Debit card you can access your own money wherever Visa is accepted - that's more than 29 million locations worldwide. But unlike a credit card there is no interest charged because you're using your own money. This way you get the same benefits and convenience of using a credit card but no interest to pay.
Benefits include:
- avoid transaction fees by selecting the 'credit' option when using EFTPOS
- access to your money wherever Visa is accepted
- ATM and EFTPOS access
- avoid interest charges by using your own money.

Apply
To apply for a CueCard or Visa Debit card call us on 13 77 28. You can also download a CueCard application.
Activating your card
Via the internet:
Log on to QPCU Internet Banking, select 'Other' and then 'Card Activation'.
Via the phone:
Call us on 13 77 28 and select Option 2 from QPCU Phone Banking, log in and then select Option 8 to activate a Visa or CueCard.

You're in safe hands with QPCU
At QPCU we understand that you want to feel safe when shopping or travelling with your Visa card. So we have implemented a card monitoring system with additional security protection, wherever you are, 7 days a week, using ORION – our locally based fraud management service provider.
ORION monitors your card transactions and in the case of suspicious transactions, will contact you as soon as possible and restrict your card in the event that you are not contactable.
To verify your transactions, contact us during business hours on 13 77 28.
We recommend that before travelling overseas, you contact us to advise of your itinerary.
*Visa Debit is only available to members 18 years of age and over.
