Life insurance
It's something we generally don't like to think about, but we know all too well that in life there is no certainty. We can't always stop things from happening however, we can be prepared for when they do. QPCU offers a range of insurance options that will give you peace of mind that if the worst happens, you or your family will be looked after.
To make life easier, the first month's premium is free on acceptance.
Term
There are two different types of term insurance you can choose from. Ezicover Term and Ezicover Select Term.
Ezicover Term
This life insurance option pays a lump sum on death or terminal illness and is renewable until your 99th birthday (conditions apply).
Ezicover Select Term
Ezicover Select Term is a great option if you require life protection for a specific time. It pays a lump sum on death or terminal illness. Select the term that suits you best – 5, 10 or 15 years (conditions apply).
Trauma
Provides protection if you suffer and survive a heart attack, stroke, malignant cancer or coronary artery bypass surgery. Trauma insurance provides a lump sum payment up to $150,000 to cover a range of expenses, clear debt or help you to get on with life.
Income plan
For those times when you're unable to work due to sickness or injury. You can cover up to 75% of your income.
Funeral plan
Organising a funeral can be an emotional and financially daunting experience for family members. Funeral plan insurance can make the financial experience a little easier by providing a lump sum to cover the cost of your funeral. Choice of cover for $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Needlestick plus
If you work in the police or medical industry, or at a job where there's a danger of occupationally-acquired HIV, Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C, Ezicover Needlestick Plus provides a lump sum up to $400,000.
