Lost Visa Card?

If you believe your QPCU Visa Debit Card, QPCU Bluey Visa Card or QPCU Bluey Rewarder Visa Card, have been lost or stolen, or you PIN has become known to someone other than yourself, you should immediately report this.

Within Australia during 8:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, call 13 QPCU (13 7728)

Within Australia outside the above hours, call 1800 621 199

If you lose your QPCU Visa Debit Card, QPCU Bluey Visa Card or QPCU Bluey Rewarder Visa Card outside Australia, go to the Visa website at: http://www.visa-asia.com/ap/au/cardholders/tips/lost_card.shtml. Click on the Visa Global Customer Assistance link to find the number to call of the country you are in.

Please note:  you must contact QPCU on 13 QPCU (13 7728)  to order a new Visa card once you have cancelled your Visa on the
1800 621 199 number.
